• Retain a copy of event-related pages for your personal reference.

You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from Tick8 without explicit written permission.
• Use automated tools (e.g., bots, spiders) to access or extract data from Tick8 .
• Use the platform for commercial purposes, including unauthorized ticket resales.

3. Account Registration and User Information

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Be solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Tick8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Unauthorized use of the platform.
• Violations of these Terms.

4. Ticket Purchase Policy

Binding Agreement
By purchasing tickets through Tick8, you agree to a binding contract with the Seller.

Final Sales
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued for canceled events as outlined in Section 7.

Order Limitations
Tick8 may impose limits on ticket quantities per user to ensure fair access. Violating these limits may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

5. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

Buyers

• Must ensure payment is completed for ticket purchases.
• Are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Sellers

• Must deliver valid tickets promptly.
• Are liable for any disputes arising from inaccuracies in their listings.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Tick8 to:

• Post, share, or transmit offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Engage in activities that harm minors, harass others, or violate intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform, including unauthorized data extraction or excessive server requests.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

Canceled Events
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, Buyers will be eligible for a refund or credit, as determined by Tick8.

Postponed Events
Refunds are not guaranteed for postponed events and will be handled case-by-case.

Venue and Lineup Changes
Tick8 is not responsible for changes to event venues, lineups, or partial performances. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Tick8 retains all rights to the content, software, and trademarks available through its Properties. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute platform content without authorization.
• Use Tick8 to create competing services.

9. Privacy and User Content

Tick8 respects your privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

User-Generated Content
By submitting content to Tick8, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. You agree not to post prohibited or harmful content, including:

• Material promoting racism, violence, or illegal activities.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Content infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

10. Disclaimers

Tick8 are provided “as is” and “as available.” Tick8 makes no guarantees regarding:

• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• The validity of tickets sold through the platform.

Limitation of Liability
Tick8 is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including venues, promoters, or Sellers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tick8 harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, including unauthorized activities or violations of these Terms.

12. Termination of Access

Tick8 reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its Properties for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Termination does not entitle users to refunds for prior purchases.

13. Arbitration Agreement

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving the right to class actions or jury trials, unless prohibited by law.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tick8 and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
